Dallin and I got to be there for his cousin Bradley's wedding in Bakersfield.
D: This part of the trip was really important for me, as it was the first time we had seen many of my Mom's side of the family since seeing them briefly at our wedding. And Alicia had never met a couple of them. As usual, everyone loved Alicia and Everett. We had a great time. The wedding was at 6:30, but in Bakersfield it's still over 100 degrees at that time. The ceremony itself was beautiful and very touching. We managed to get a picture with all of us except the bride and groom.
Everett attached himself to this boy's hip once he saw him blowing bubbles.
We wore Everett out. He fell asleep in the car on the short drive home and stayed asleep on the couch while we were getting everything ready for bed.
We had only packed a little mattress for him to sleep on and he made his way off of it multiple times. It was a bit of a challenge to open the door without hitting him.
